Starting with Lot 5I11 Assay Technology changed the collection media from molecular sieves to a glass fiber filter.

Nitrogen Dioxide is trapped on molecular sieves impregnated with triethanolamine.  The resulting Nitrite ions are quantitated by Colorimetry or Ion Chromatography.
