GUIDELINES for SAMPLE SUBMISSION and ANALYTICAL REQUESTS

SAMPLING & ANALYTICAL METHODS - "Best Available" Test Methods with "VALUE" PRICING
STANDARD TESTS, selected as "best available", are listed in IH SAMPLING GUIDE with PRICE CODES.
STANDARD PRICING for each PRICE CODE is indicated in the standard PRICE LIST.

INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE SAMPLING MEDIA
Un-treated Tube/Cassette SAMPLING MEDIA designated as "REGULAR" provided gratis to registered Clients.
A request for SAMPLING MEDIA is considered a firm commitment to engage the services of AT Labs.
Shipping & Handling Fees must be charged for special or air shipment of "Regular" media. 
Treated/perishable SAMPLING MEDIA designated as "SPECIAL" is stocked and provided pursuant to a Purchase Order. Wipe samples that do not meet ASTM E1792 specifications are not recognized under the AIHA laboratory accreditation program.

LIST PRICING for STANDARD TESTS
LIST PRICING on STANDARD TESTS has been designed to provide the best value available in the USA.
DISCOUNTS may be available to "Preferred Clients" based on performance criteria which include:
a) Annual Value of Business; (b) Compliance with financial commitments & procedural requirements.

MULTIPLE CHEMICAL ANALYTES can be SAMPLED simultaneously within ANALYTE "TEST GROUPS"
Where possible, AT Labs has designed protocols capable of sampling many analytes using a single Sampler.
Multiple Analytes listed within the same "TEST GROUP" in the "INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE SAMPLING GUIDE"  may be sampled
and tested from a single Sample. Pricing is reduced for additional tests on the same Sample  as indicated in the Price List.

TURN-AROUND TIMES for SAMPLE ANALYSIS
STANDARD SERVICE means: Lab Report available by 5PM PST on 6th business day following the day of Sample Receipt … LIST PRICE
3-Day "EXPEDITE" means: Lab Report available by 5PM PST on 3rd business day following the day of  Sample Receipt … 50% SURCHARGE
2-Day "RUSH" means: Lab Report available by 5PM PST on 2nd business day following the day of Sample Receipt... 75% SURCHARGE
1-Day "RUSH" means: Lab Report available by 5PM PST on 1st business day following the day of Sample Receipt … 100% SURCHARGE
Same Day "RUSH" means: Lab Report available by 5PM PST on the SAME Business Day as the day of Sample Receipt...200% SURCHARGE
Some Non-Standard analyses are available in 10 business days. (See STD TAT Column on Analyte List)
Samples received after 3PM are considered to be part of the following day's sample receipts.

BILLING & INVOICES
INVOICES will make reference to PURCHASE ORDERS and PROJECT Nos. provided by the Client.
UNREGISTERED CLIENTS must pay by CREDIT CARD or C.O.D.
AT Labs accepts American Express, Master Card, and VISA credit cards.
CREDIT available to REGISTERED CLIENTS; INVOICES are due and payable NET30 days from the date on INVOICE.
SPECIAL TERMS & BILLING OPTIONS available to "Preferred Clients".

CUSTOM TESTS (not listed in SAMPLING GUIDE)
We are happy to perform non-standard "CUSTOM TESTS" on an "AS QUOTED" basis.
A written quotation will be prepared in response to any request for a CUSTOM TEST.
Turn-Around Time (sometimes longer than Standard) will be included in quotations for CUSTOM TESTS.
